- Which plans have the free trial?
- The free trial is on Start only. You can also sign up straight onto Growth or Business, and billing then opens once we record your payment.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Move up when you open another shop. Ask us and your licence is updated.
- What counts as a shop?
- Each shop location with its own till server. Counters are the billing stations inside it.
- What if I pass my plan's limit?
- The till won't activate another shop beyond your plan. Upgrade and it works straight away.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Pay for a month or a year at a time. If a plan ends you get a short grace period, then new bills pause. Your records stay open.
